Therefore, I urge you brothers and sisters, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God — this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is -- His good, pleasing and perfect will. -Romans 12: 1-2
Temple Keepers are Christians who honor God by taking care of their bodies—because our bodies are His temple.
We don’t pursue health for vanity. We pursue it to serve well, live strong, and fulfill the purpose God has placed on our lives.
We believe caring for our health is an act of worship. Through daily obedience—what we eat, how we move, and how we live—we align our habits with God's design.
We’re not chasing perfection. We’re chasing faithfulness.
We are Temple Keepers.
We believe caring for our bodies is an act of worship, not a pursuit of perfection.
Our health isn’t about appearance—it’s about obedience.
We reject guilt, shame, and restriction. Instead, we choose grace, freedom, and strength.
We care for our bodies so we can serve well, live with joy, and honor God daily.
More of Him. Less of us. Always.
Our mission is to help believers honor God with their bodies—so they can live strong, free, and full of purpose.
We believe your body isn’t separate from your spiritual life—it’s part of it. Caring for your health is an act of worship and obedience.
Temple Keepers exists to raise up a generation that treats the body as sacred, stewards their health with intention, and walks boldly in the calling God has placed on their lives.
