Therefore, I urge you brothers and sisters, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God — this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is -- His good, pleasing and perfect will. -Romans 12: 1-2
The Church holds something no other place does - the ability to speak directly to people's deepest core drive: their devotion and love for God. We have the opportunity to influence how believers care for God’s temple, their bodies, in a loving, biblical way.
But when the Church stays silent on health, our brothers and sisters are forced to turn to the world for answers. And the world’s answers are rooted in vanity, manipulation, and profit — preying on those God has entrusted to us.
As a result, many believers are struggling. They're battling poor health, depression, anxiety, guilt, and shame, while trying to carry out their callings without the strength or clarity they need.
Health isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about being equipped to serve more fully, hear God more clearly, raise stronger children, and reflect God's grace and self-discipline in every part of life. When we steward the body well, we live out our purpose with power.
From the very beginning, the enemy has used food to drive a wedge between God and His children. It's time to take back what the enemy has stolen. It's time to care for the flock’s health—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The Church is His body. And His body is His people — not a building. That is sacred. That is holy. And that must be protected.
